I needed to clean up and get back into the shape I used to be in.

I love the feeling I get after a tough workout. I'm completely worn out, but super psyched!

Yeah, I bike to and from work every day. smile I'm still adjusting to riding like this, so I haven't hit the gym much. Riding has tuckered me out quite a bit, so I have been sleeping more and more lol.

thats awsome to hear man stick with it. i just checked the weather channle and its supost to get cold again. classes started back up for me im having to wake up now at 6am!! ugh so by the time i get home im exsosted. iv been working out but nothing notible enough for me to really feel ecomplished. just been feeling so sleepy resently

i need to start doing deeps squates and stuff buthose lifts are so much harder then any other lift... ill do it th. i can barly touch my toes still so im ganna try to get some what flexible first cuz im still at that face where i dont have i have much of any muslce in my gloots not enough to confidently lift just my own weight efforlessly but once i can suport my body weight. hehe im just making excuses. i just dont wanna get injurd

Hey man. Howz it been? I'm still at 165 at 5 foot 8, but I've been working on leaness. Now I'm going for 6 to 10 pounds still trying to keep it lean though. Wish me luck.
